• Motown was going back down the drain.

• Motown spent 24 million dollars to make movies on broad way.
• Gordy was worried about what happen to two men he know because they were in a car crash.
• Mahogany Became Diana Ross’s second movie project of Motown and she was paid a million a year to be Motown actress
• Michael Jackson stop recording solo albums for Gordy.

• Gordy gave his house to his sister and moved to Boston with was very depressing for him and brought him down.

2. George Schiffer, helped the label strikes a European distribution deal with recording industry giant.
3. Forty two of sixty records produced that year broke into the charts.
4. Top members left Gordy for getting paid advance.
5. People who were Gordy close friend betrayed him like his friend Esther who had a deal with another record label.
